This week, FocusBlu stepped onto one of the biggest stages in the wellness world. We brought our USP Grade 1% methylene blue to Dave Asprey's Beyond 2026 Biohacking Conference in Austin, Texas, set up on the 4th floor at Booth 9, and made our public debut. The room got it almost immediately.
The room that gets it
Beyond is where biohackers go to find the next edge for focus, energy, and mental performance. These are people who read labels, ask hard questions, and care about what goes into their bodies. In other words, exactly the people we built FocusBlu for. So we came to do one thing: have real conversations about what actually powers your brain.
Why methylene blue, and why now
Methylene blue has been studied for more than 100 years, and the biohacking world is finally treating it like the foundational tool many believe it to be.
Here is the simple version of the science we kept sharing on the floor. Your cells run on a fuel called ATP. ATP is made inside your mitochondria, the tiny power plants packed into nearly every cell in your body. Methylene blue has been studied for its role in supporting mitochondrial function, which is why it has earned a place in so many focus and energy routines.
Not all blue drops are the same
If there was one line we repeated all weekend, it was this: not all blue drops are the same. The grade is the whole story.

Meet the founders
Beyond was also the public debut of the team behind the brand. FocusBlu was founded by a brother and sister, Rachel Boston and Caleb Babb.
Rachel, our Co-Founder and Chief Brand and Operations Officer, spent more than 35 years in real estate before a search for a product she could trust led her here. Caleb, our Co-Founder and Chief Product Development Officer, brings deep formulation and quality-control experience, with a simple philosophy: purity first, cost second. Meeting the people behind the bottle is a big part of what makes the FocusBlu story land.
The response on the floor
The response was beyond what we hoped for. We met first-time buyers who walked up because they had finally found a product they trusted, and longtime biohackers who knew exactly what they were looking at.
It has always been about more than a bottle
FocusBlu is women-owned and veteran-owned, and the first $5 of every sale goes to the PTSD Foundation of America's Camp Hope, which supports veterans transitioning back to civilian life. For our family, that mission is personal. Showing up at Beyond was never only about a debut. It was about putting an honest product in front of the people who have been looking for it.
