No Returns on Consumable Products

FocusBlu products, including Methylene Blue liquid drops, are consumable goods. For health, safety, and quality-control reasons:

We do not accept returns or exchanges
We do not offer refunds once an order has shipped

This policy applies even if the product is unopened.

Exceptions

We will gladly replace or refund an order only if:

The product arrives damaged
You receive the incorrect item

To qualify, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

Clear photos of the issue
