Due to the nature of our products:

  • All sales are final

  • No returns or refunds are accepted on consumable products, including Methylene Blue liquid droppers

Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

No Class Actions

You and FocusBlu agree that any arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis only.

Class actions, collective actions, and representative actions are not permitted.

 

Exceptions

Either party may bring a claim in small claims court if the claim qualifies, or seek injunctive relief for intellectual property misuse.


Costs

Each party shall bear its own arbitration costs, except where otherwise required by applicable law or AAA rules.

 

 

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, product designs, and branding, is the property of FocusBlu or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
