Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website www.focusblu.net (the “Site”), operated by FocusBlu (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using our Site, purchasing our products, or interacting with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or purchase our products.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase products from this Site. By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
Products & Intended Use
FocusBlu products are intended for educational and wellness purposes only.
Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Statements on this Site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before using any supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or are taking medication.
Orders & Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Payment must be received in full before orders are processed or shipped.
We are not responsible for pricing, typographical, or listing errors.
Refunds and Returns
Because FocusBlu is an ingestible wellness product, we do not accept physical returns once an order has shipped. Your first purchase of FocusBlu is covered by our 30-Day First Purchase Guarantee.
If you are not satisfied with your first purchase of FocusBlu Methylene Blue 1% USP Grade, you may request a refund within 30 days of the original delivery date.
The guarantee applies to your first order only, with one refund per customer and per household, covering one bottle regardless of how many bottles or bundles are in the order. Refunds apply to the product price actually paid for that bottle after any discounts. Shipping charges, expedited shipping fees, tax, and any other associated fees are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
No physical return is required to receive an eligible refund under the 30-Day First Purchase Guarantee.
Additional bottles, repeat purchases, processed subscription renewals, and wholesale orders are not eligible for the 30-Day First Purchase Guarantee unless otherwise required by law. Damaged, incorrect, and lost shipments are handled separately from the guarantee under our Shipping & Returns Policy.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged, you receive an incorrect item, or your shipment is lost in transit, please contact us promptly at info@focusblu.net so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or other resolution under our Shipping & Returns Policy. These resolutions apply separately from the 30-Day First Purchase Guarantee and are not limited to first purchases.

Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the Site, or the purchase or use of any FocusBlu product (collectively, “Disputes”) shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration, rather than in court.
Arbitration Rules
Arbitration shall be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules.
The arbitration shall be held in the United States, unless otherwise required by law.
The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding on all parties.
No Class Actions
You and FocusBlu agree that any arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis only.
Class actions, collective actions, and representative actions are not permitted.
Exceptions
Either party may bring a claim in small claims court if the claim qualifies, or seek injunctive relief for intellectual property misuse.
Costs
Each party shall bear its own arbitration costs, except where otherwise required by applicable law or AAA rules.
Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, product designs, and branding, is the property of FocusBlu or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any content without prior written consent.
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
Use the Site for unlawful purposes
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with the security or functionality of the Site
Misuse our products or misrepresent their intended use
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FocusBlu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

Subscription Policy
At FocusBlu, we offer a subscription service that allows customers to receive their favorite products on a recurring basis at a discounted rate.
Enrollment By selecting a subscription option at checkout, you agree to recurring charges at the frequency selected (e.g., monthly). Your subscription will automatically renew until cancelled.
Billing Your payment method on file will be charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle. You will receive an email notification before each renewal. Prices are subject to change with advance notice.
Cancellation You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and managing your subscription settings, or by contacting us at info@focusblu.net. Cancellations must be made before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
Skipping & Pausing You may skip or pause your subscription at any time through your account's subscription management page.
Refunds
Processed subscription renewals are not eligible for the 30-Day First Purchase Guarantee.
