Welcome to FocusBlu. I am so excited you are here. By placing your order, you have taken the first step toward supporting your mitochondria, the energy powerhouse inside your cells. We package every order right here in Frisco, Texas, and we ship UPS. Most orders arrive within three to five business days, so keep an eye on your tracking information while you are waiting. Be sure to watch our educational videos so you know exactly how to get started the day your package arrives.

How to start

Everyone is different, so we start low and build up slowly. The guide inside your box says the same thing.

Week 1

5 drops

Once a day, in water, juice, coffee, or tea.

Week 2

10 drops

Same drink, same time of day.

Weeks 3 and 4

20 drops

Stay at the amount that feels right for you.

Five days on, two days off. Rachel takes hers Monday through Friday and takes the weekends off. One dose a day, in the beverage of your choice, early in your day.

Questions we get in week one

When should I take it?

Most people take FocusBlu early in the day, within about two hours of waking. Everyone is different, so start at five drops and find the amount that works for you.

What can I mix it in?

Water, juice, coffee, or tea. The beverage of your choice. It takes about ten seconds.

How long before I notice anything?

Everyone is different, and individual results vary. Consistency is the part that matters, which is why we suggest giving it a full 90 days.

Who should not take FocusBlu?

Methylene blue is an MAOI. Do not use it if you take SSRIs, SNRIs, or other serotonin-modulating medications. Talk with your physician before use, particularly if you have a G6PD deficiency.

Where is it made, and can I see the testing?

FocusBlu is formulated and manufactured in Frisco, Texas. It is third party tested, and every batch has its own certificate of analysis published on the site.
